I fell in love with beads lately, glass ones from Ghana. Some of which are made from recycled glass bottles that are ground down and refired. There is a one of a kind feel to each bead, which I love. Each piece of jewellery is then extra special too. Check it all out in my Etsy shop. Local pick up is free:)
I have new stock for sale, Fair trade from Ghana, accessories in delicious colours. You can shop from me at Raven Feed Supply on Gabriola Island, Tues-Wed, and Fridays, 9-5.
My pottery is available at Raven Feed and Pet Supply, on Gabriola Island. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9-5.
I had planned to run a summer long pop up in the Folklife Village selling local handmade craft and art- but with the pandemic , that became too risky financially. I was able instead to buy a bus, one that could be a studio and a travelling retail shop….. Some kind of security in very uncertain times. I now sell my pottery at Raven Feed Pet Store, an unusual setting, but it has been selling like hot cakes there.
Looking forward to being in the studio more soon, once the crazy hustle of summer is over.
